Azure Key Vault

Azure Key Vault is a cloud-based security service that provides centralized, highly secure storage and management for sensitive information such as encryption keys, passwords, certificates, API keys, and connection strings. Rather than hardcoding secrets in application code or storing them in configuration files where they could be accidentally exposed, Key Vault allows you to securely store these critical assets and control access through fine-grained Azure Active Directory permissions and access policies.
